Daniel England began as an ironworker in Las Vegas, and then continued his craft in Michigan, it was after moving to the Pacific Northwest and that he decided to start England Industrial. In 2018 England Industrial was established as a sole proprietorship company. He worked long hours as a Ironworker for others during the day and on weekends and nights he poured his time into creating a company for years on his own that was worthy of the England name.
In 2022 Dan met and married his wife ShirleyAnn England who worked in the construction contracting and project management field herself. After a few years they chose to combine efforts and use their expertise together to grow England Industrial into a business that will leave a legacy for their family for many years to come, all built off the hard work, dedication and determination of the England name.
In October 2023 Joseph England became the second generation England to work as an Ironworker with Local 86 as an apprentice.
